Booking tickets

1Where can I book my tickets?

2Can I reserve over the phone?
Yes, you can call us by telephone (941 450 950 or 676 569 115) to purchase your tickets.
3When are you open for ticket reservations?
24 hours on our website and by telephone during our opening hours.
4What are your customer service opening hours?
We are open from Tuesday to Friday, from 10am to 5.30pm, on Saturdays from 10am to 6pm and on Sundays and public holidays from 11.00am to 3.00pm. If we can't answer your call, we will get back to you as soon as possible.
5How do I collect tickets booked over the telephone?
Tickets booked over the telephone will be sent to you by email (both the purchase confirmation and the tickets themselves.)
6Can bookings be made for large groups?
We advise a maximum of 14 people per group.

The visit

1When do the visits take place?
Visits take place Tuesday to Saturday: 11:00am and 1pm in Spanish and 3.30pm in English. Sundays and public holidays: 12:00 noon, in Spanish.
This year we will open on the following public holidays: 19 April, 1 May, 15 August, 12 October, 1 November, 6 December.
2How do we get to the winery?
You can find out how to visit our winery on the following link.
3Is there parking at the winery? Is it free or private?
Yes. You can travel to the winery in your car and we have a large parking area reserved for visitors in front of the shop, surrounded by gardens.
4How long do the visits last?
Our "In three letters" tour takes approximately an hour and a half, which includes some time to enjoy tasting our wines (or grape juice in the case of 14-17 year olds), alongside a small appetizer.
5How long before the visit should I arrive at the winery?
We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of the visit. You can wait in our reception and wine bar before the start of the activity.
6What happens if I arrive late?
We always wait for 10 minutes before starting the visit for any latecomers. If something comes up, you can cancel your visit up to 48 hours before. If you cancel in the 48 hours prior to the visit, the cancellation will not imply the return of the cost of the ticket.
7Should I wear any particular clothing?
We recommend you bring comfortable shoes and a warm jumper or jacket for the visit. A constant temperature of less than 18ºC is maintained in some of the areas of our winery and the relative humidity levels are high.
8Can I film or take photos in the winery?
Yes. In general, you can record videos and take photos in our winery. We will let you know where are the best places to take them.
9Is it accessible for people of reduced mobility?
The winery has various access points, and there is an elevator, although the visit takes place on different levels. We recommend advising us upon booking so that we can take it into account and adapt the route accordingly.
10When is the winery closed?
The winery is closed on the afternoons of the 24 and 31 December. It is closed all day on the 25 December and 1 January, and as such no visits will take place on these days.

Buying wine

1Can I order wine in advance?
Yes. If you are interested in purchasing some of our wines and you'd like us to prepare your order in advance so that it is ready when you arrive at the winery, you can do so by email: enoturismo@bodegaslan.com
2Can you send any wine that I purchase to my home?
Yes, we can deliver the wine wherever you want within the Spanish peninsular. We will advise you of the delivery costs in advance. You should pay for the wine and the transport cost at the winery.
3Which transport company will you use to deliver my wine?
We use various road delivery services, depending on the destination. You can check when you request the delivery quote.
4How much does home delivery cost? Can you send wine to various destinations?
The delivery costs depend on the order and the destination within Spain. If you need the order to be delivered to different destinations, let us know so we can factor it into the delivery costs. You can check the cost on the delivery quote.
5How is the wine for delivery protected?
As the wine is delivered by road, it is packaged in specially-designed cases.
