After a brilliant six-year run in Portugal, the Chefs on Fire festival landed in Madrid on the first Saturday of October. A day of music, friends and cooking over fire.
A day of wine, of celebrating life outdoors, of discovering dishes created by true masters of the flames, including Javier Aranda, Iván Cerdeño, Coco Montes and many others.
In the Alfonso XIII Royal Botanical Garden, the LAN wine bar was filled with laughter and people who never wanted to leave, amid small plates, open fires, barbecues, grills and the smell of charcoal and firewood.
A yes to gastronomy, to squeezing enjoyment out of every moment.
