And celebrating means gathering, connecting, and raising a toast.

Our winemakers, Olga Tormo and María Barúa, came together to create something memorable. Olga embodies Castilian precision from the heart of Rueda Designation of Origin, while María represents the soul of LAN. Together, they crafted this vibrant, fresh Verdejo to inspire you to celebrate every moment, live more fully, disconnect, and reconnect with yourself.

VARIETY

100% verdejo. Say yes to keeping things simple and being true to yourself.

VINEYARD

Between Los Llanos, the Avutarda Estate and El Gato, the difficult thing is choosing between vines of between 17 and 30 years of age, the easy part is letting every drop tell its own story.

VINTAGE

2024 was marked by plenty of rain and higher-than-normal average temperatures, favouring slow and progressive ripening and a good balance between alcohol and acidity. Fresh nights retained the unique character of the variety. It’s time to say yes to trying something special.

PRODUCTION AND AGING

An adventure in a bottle: harvesting at night, macerating at low temperatures and working with battonage to give a rounder mouthfeel.

TASTING NOTES

COLOUR: Bright straw yellow, with that intense greenish hue that invites you to live a little.
NOSE: Fresh fruit, citrus and fennel aromas that take you back to that summer you’ll never forget.
PALATE: Its balanced acidity, delicate volume and intense flavours are the perfect excuse to take a moment to disconnect.

PAIRING

With vegetables, rice dishes and sushi, with moments of fun and laughter outside in the sunshine.
